3. Booking and Payment

You schedule sessions through Acuity Scheduling. You agree to provide accurate information when booking. Payment is required at the time of booking unless Donna offers a payment plan. Fees may change without notice, but changes will not affect sessions you already purchased.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your session according to the policy listed in Acuity. You agree to follow the posted time frames. Sessions canceled outside the allowed window may be charged in full.

If Donna needs to reschedule, she will notify you as soon as possible.

5. No Guarantees of Results

Coaching supports progress and clarity, but individual results vary. Donna does not guarantee outcomes. Your progress depends on your effort, engagement, and personal circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including guides, blog posts, worksheets, and session materials, belongs to Donna Ruggiero Coaching. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce these materials without written permission.

7. Email Communications
