Group size: Limited to 12 participants, on a first come-first served basis.
All sessions are required. The group builds week to week, and consistency matters.

This virtual group is especially for neurodivergent individuals seeking a practical approach to navigate life and make it more manageable. By applying puzzle solving strategies to daily experiences you can attain your goals with less overwhelm, more focus, and greater passion.
You’ll meet in 6 sessions with Donna, your coach, in a small group of peers to identify the puzzle solving techniques that work with your way of thinking. Each session blends reflection, shared learning, and concrete tools you can use right away.
